I had a great stay at this hotel. The twin beds in my room were comfortable and offered a great view from the window. The basic amenities provided were more than enough for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel's location near the larger stations made it convenient for exploring the city.

We had a wonderful stay in a hotel near a subway line and a cozy shop with a few tables. The location was perfect, being close to Kiba metro station which took us to the main station in just 4 stops for a reasonable price of 170 yen. The room was clean and comfortable, with facilities equivalent to those on cruise ships. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay.
There was an issue with the air conditioner which only blew hot air instead of cooling.

The location was convenient and easily accessible by bus and subway. Supermarket, restaurants, and convenient stores were nearby. The staff were really nice too assist me and provided excellent service. The family-run sushi restaurant next door was a hidden gem.
